Meet The Team

Josh is a graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelors degree in Exercise science. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Alvernia University. Josh has an extensive background in strength training and sports rehab working with many athletes of all ages, including several that have competed and won at national levels! Josh grew up in upstate NY where he developed a passion for the outdoors! He enjoys spending his free time doing archery, exercising regularly and most of all spending time with his wife, his family.
